This little margarita mocktail is bursting with citrus flavor, getting most of its sweetness from fresh-pressed orange juice. It packs a punch of vitamin C to revive you on a hot summer day!

I added just a touch of powdered sugar. Did you know you can easily make your own if you don't have it on hand? Here's how to make it (unrefined!) in less than 1 minute.

I found myself suddenly getting into mocktails this summer. They are refreshing, non-boring and don't leave you dizzy in the middle of the day.  What's not to love?

With fresh-pressed citrus and a touch of powdered sugar, this booze-free margarita hits the spot!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oranges, juiced

  • Β½ lemon, juiced

  • Β½ lime, juiced

  • 1-2 teaspoons of powdered sugar (I use unrefined)

  • Club soda or sparkling mineral water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Shake up all ingredients, except for the club soda, in a mason jar or cocktail shaker. Distribute in two glasses with ice. Top off with club soda or sparkling water to taste. Cheers!
